Hexafluoropropylene dimer is a new environmentally friendly solvent for precision cleaning, electronic cleaning, metal cleaning and aerosol related applications; for the removal of light hydrocarbons, silicone oils and hydraulic fluids; for cleaning medium to heavy dirt such as lubricants, low molecular weight waxes, silicone resins, polishes, fluxes, etc. It can be used as a solvent for various fluorine resins, skin oils and fluorides.
